Here’s some tips to help you out:
Don’t drop your Vero Charms. Our beads, charms, and pearls are real, handmade, and delicate. Hard impact can break or chip glass and ceramic so make sure to handle with care.
Your Vero Charms are hard to want to take off especially when working out or stylin’ at the beach, but that’s why we made our bracelets stretchy and latch free. To keep from buildup and tarnish, it is better to remove for any water-based activity and workouts.
Makeup, sunscreen, perfume, soap, lotions, and other products with harsh chemicals are not recommended directly for your Vero Charms.
Our Jewelry is more than often handmade to order/sized to order. Please allow 7 days-2 weeks for shipment to be sent. We appreciate your patience and will try to have the jewelry sent as soon as possible.
