Your Vero Charms are special, so treat them that way.
Here’s some tips to help you out:
Don’t drop your Vero Charms. Our beads, charms, and pearls are real, handmade, and delicate. Hard impact can break or chip glass and ceramic so make sure to handle with care.
Your Vero Charms are hard to want to take off especially when working out or stylin’ at the beach, but that’s why we made our bracelets stretchy and latch free. To keep from buildup and tarnish, it is better to remove for any water-based activity and workouts.
Makeup, sunscreen, perfume, soap, lotions, and other products with harsh chemicals are not recommended directly for your Vero Charms.
Silver clasp looking a little dull? That happens— add a little silver polish or tooth paste to a soft cloth and gently rub the clasp and your piece will shine bright again.
We suggest storing any members of the Vero Collezione in a dust bag, to reduce the likelihood of tarnishing. Avoid exposing the jewelry to excessive humidity or sunlight and remember that pieces that are handled without care are more likely to show wear and potential damage over time.
Most items in our shop are in limited quantities and made to order. Please allow 1-3 weeks to receive your order, and send us a message if your order is urgent. We appreciate your patience and will try to have the jewelry sent as soon as possible.
